Mobile dog grooming works by bringing a fully-equipped grooming van to your home, where your dog is bathed and groomed one-on-one in about one to two hours. You book online, the groomer arrives in a self-contained van with its own water and power, and your card is only charged after the groom is finished. You don't need to provide anything — and in most cases you don't even need to be home the entire time.

Do I need to be home during the groom?
You need to be home to let the groomer meet your dog at the start, but you don't have to stay outside for the whole appointment.
Most owners hand off their dog, then go back to work or errands at home while the groom happens in the van. The groomer will let you know when your dog is ready. If you'd like to watch or stay nearby, that's completely fine too.
What do I need to provide?
Nothing — the van is self-contained with its own water, electricity, shampoos, and equipment.
You don't need to supply water, a hose, power, towels, or products. Just a spot for the van to park near your home. If your dog uses a specific product for a skin condition, let us know and we'll accommodate it.
How long does it take?
Most grooms take about 1–2 hours depending on the package, your dog's size, and coat condition.
A Royal Bath is around an hour; a full Royal Groom or Royal Spa runs longer because of the haircut and finishing work. Heavily matted coats take extra time, which the groomer will talk through with you.
