About Our Text Messages
Royal Pawz USA sends two kinds of text messages, both from our toll-free number, (833) 302-8947: appointment texts and due-for-groom reminders. These terms cover both.
1. Appointment Texts
If you agree to text updates when you book or in your account, we send automated texts about your appointments and services:
Booking Confirmations
Confirmation when you request or book an appointment
Appointment Reminders
Reminders before your scheduled groom
Schedule Changes
Reschedules, cancellations and arrival updates
Service Updates and Receipts
Updates about your groom and your receipt
Release and Waiver Links
Links to review and sign grooming release or waiver forms for your pet, such as a matted coat release or a senior and medical condition waiver
These are transactional messages about services you asked for. Message frequency varies with your appointment activity. We do not send promotional offers by text.
2. Due-for-Groom Reminders
If you have had a paid groom with us in the last 12 months, a member of our team may send you a personal text when your dog is due for a groom, with a link to book. Each reminder is sent by a person, one at a time. You do not need to opt in to receive these reminders.
- Who gets them: customers with a paid groom in the last 12 months and a mobile number on their account, who have no upcoming appointment with us and have not asked us to stop texting.
- What they say: that your dog is due for a groom, with a link to book. No discounts, pricing or promotions.
- Frequency: no more than 1 reminder a month, and no more than 2 per grooming cycle.
- Hours: reminders are only sent 9am to 9pm Central Monday through Saturday, and noon to 9pm Central on Sunday.
- Asking for reminders: you can also tick the reminder box when you book or turn on Text reminders in your account. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of purchase.
How to Opt Out
- 1.Reply STOP to any Royal Pawz text. That stops all text messages from Royal Pawz, including appointment texts and reminders.
- 2.Tell any member of our team that you want us to stop texting you, by phone, text, email or in person. We will stop all texts to your number.
- 3.Turn off Text reminders in your Royal Pawz account to stop due-for-groom reminders only.
We honor opt-out requests right away. After you reply STOP you may receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages sent and received. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Royal Pawz is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.
Privacy
Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your mobile number or your text opt-in information with third parties for their marketing. We keep records of your text consent and opt-out requests for up to 5 years.
